On July 1st, 2021, the method of registering and updating data in the National Court Register has changed. Submitting update and registration documents for companies is currently only online via the Court Registers Portal (PRS): https://prs.ms.gov.pl/. Consequently, the National Court Register resigns from the paper method of submitting documents in favor of the complete transfer of this procedure to the Internet.
In order to be able to sign prepared documents, create them, submit them with or without the participation of intermediaries, it is necessary to set up an account with PRS, have a trusted e-PUAP profile or a qualified signature and a PESEL number. We would like to point out that at the moment, updating and registration documents for the National Court Register cannot be submitted in paper when going to the office.
