Holiday of May the 3rd

Tomorrow, in Poland, we will celebrate the 228th anniversary of the Constitution of May the 3rd, a law regulating the legal system of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth in 1791. It is assumed that it was the first modern and written constitution in Europe and the second in the world.
