New deadline for submitting PIT - by the end of June 2020
Until now, tax returns PIT-36, PIT-36L, PIT-38, PIT-39 for 2019 had to be submitted by 30 April at the latest. The plan of the “anti-crisis shield” created by the Polish Government assumes, among others postponing ZUS payments, the state taking over financing part of the salary in companies or a one-off payment of approx. 2,000 PLN for self-employed workers and people on a mandate contract, and extending the settlement with the tax office for 2019 until the end of June 2020.
We would like to remind you that you can check your tax returns online via the Your e-PIT service. Accepting them means sending the document to the office and starting a 45-day waiting period for a possible tax refund.
