What is PESEL OR EPUAP?
PESEL – Polish identification number for individueal
EPUAP – electronic signature

Without PESEL and EPUAP, you cannot establish a company or submit an annual financial report.
Process
In order to get a PESEL number, you must send us:
1. Notarized copy of the passport – in paper form
2. Power of authority POA
