1. Expert consultations – Progress Holding provides consulting services on demand. Consultants have 30 years of experience in managing companies in Poland and abroad. The experts have managed large asset portfolios, led complex investment projects, managed large teams of people, and achieved business successes.
2. Company credibility check – involves checking and preparing a report on the credibility of a contractor in Poland and Ukraine. When establishing contact with business partners, it is essential to have the maximum possible amount of information. This reduces the risk of debt collection issues and limits the possibility of entering into contracts with unreliable partners. The simplified report of a Ukrainian company includes: full company name, address, phone, tax identification number (NIP), registration date, authorized person to make statements on behalf of the company and their address, shareholder, capital, obligations to the tax office, PKD (Polish Classification of Activities), estimated number of employees, and whether the company is a VAT payer.
3. Translation services – clients can commission Progress Holding for specific translations. Orders are accepted in writing, and clients must clearly and comprehensively specify the scope of the translation. Any changes are subject to additional charges. Terms and conditions are agreed upon before the work is carried out.
4. Providing a registered office address and correspondence address – having a registered office address is a necessary condition for conducting business activities.    1. Company Registration – the company must register its registered office in the appropriate register, often a legal requirement. In Poland, for example, the registered office address is entered into the National Court Register (KRS).
   2. Contact with Authorities – Having a permanent address facilitates contact with authorities and administrative institutions. This is important for information exchange, receiving official correspondence, and tax settlements.
