The European Commission (EC) has announced a&nbsp;\u20ac50 billion grant for infrastructure reconstruction in Ukraine. The money will be disbursed by accredited banks, including BGK Bank (open to project proposals in this regard).<\/p>\n<p>There are no detailed instructions for the whole process yet, but we are providing this information that has been made available as of today:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Form of financing: investment loan, project financing<\/li>\n<li>Subject of financing : infrastructure<\/li>\n<li>Investment location : Ukraine<\/li>\n<li>Amounts : from 5 to 30 million EUR per project<\/li>\n<li>Borrowers : Polish, joint or Ukrainian legal entities, including companies. In the case of Ukrainian legal entities, the loan is provided by a&nbsp;Ukrainian bank under the guarantee of BGK Bank.<\/li>\n<li>Own share 20-30%.<\/li>\n<li>Loan period up to 12 years<\/li>\n<li>Project must show a&nbsp;return on investment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As new details and information become available, we will keep you updated.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We provide some important information for construction companies, including road and rail companies.
