The participants of this platform will be SMEs from Poland and CIS countries, especially Ukraine.<br \/>\nIn order to finance the construction of the platform, PH is applying for funding from the POIR program &#8211; 2.3 Pro-innovative services for enterprises \/ 2.3.2 Innovation vouchers for SMEs, Intelligent Development.<br \/>\nThe order will be awarded in accordance with:<br \/>\nart. 35 of the Public Finance Act, in the tender procedure referred to in art. 70 (1) &#8211; 70 (5) of the Civil Code, and guidelines for PO IR 2.3.2 Innovation vouchers for SMEs, Intelligent Development.
