According to forecasts, at the end of December, the average annual growth may be as high as 5%. If that happened, we would have been dealing with the longest economic boom since the late 1990s.<br \/>\nLong-awaited investments, which have already had a&nbsp;breakdown in 2016 and 2017, have increased by 12.6%. This is the best result since the first quarter of 2015.
