The costs incurred by employers may amount to millions of PLN. The best qualified employees of the companies may also lose. The current sum of contributions during the year for an individual employee is discharged up to 30 times the average monthly salary in the economy. This solution limits different amounts of pensions paid in the future and does not burden the entire system.
