If they are not in the database, they will not be able to issue documents and accept waste. The new Act on waste imposes on entrepreneurs the obligation to place the assigned number from the BDO register on documents prepared in connection with their business: VAT invoices, receipts, sales contracts, reports, waste transfer cards and their records.
