This state of affairs is a&nbsp;consequence of postponing the introduction of electronic registration proceedings.<\/p>\n<p>A simple joint-stock company is assumed to be a&nbsp;platform for investing in innovative and new technology-related activities. This is to be a&nbsp;good solution for start-ups that need adequate flexibility and openness to new, electronic forms of communication.
