The program is intended to help Belarusian freelancers, start-ups, small and medium-sized enterprises and large companies to relocate to Poland without any problems.<\/p>\n<p>Pursuant to sanitary recommendations, people coming to Poland from Belarus are sent to quarantine in a&nbsp;designated place or in dedicated centers.<\/p>\n<p>Temporary restrictions on crossing the external border of the European Union have been in force in connection with the Covid-19 pandemic since March 2020.
