names, series and number of the identity document, PESEL number (if any), marital status, address of residence)<\/li>\n<li>if the partner is to be a&nbsp;legal person, the full company name \/ name with the representatives&#8217; details, register numbers, REGON, NIP, registered office address will be needed<\/li>\n<li>name of the company being established (verifying the name as much as possible)<\/li>\n<li>company address<\/li>\n<li>PKD (subject of the company&#8217;s activity)<\/li>\n<li>the amount of share capital (minimum PLN 5,000)<\/li>\n<li>partners and the number of shares they hold together with the value of one share (minimum PLN 50)<\/li>\n<li>method of capital coverage (cash or in-kind;
