It will apply to citizens of 6 countries (Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Russia, Ukraine). There will be no longer a&nbsp;12-month &#8220;settlement&#8221; period, which will make it possible to entrust a&nbsp;foreigner with work without a&nbsp;break on the basis of subsequent declarations.<\/li>\n<li>Making the entry of the declaration in the records conditional on the employer&#8217;s provision of comparable remuneration.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitation for employers extending to 7 days the period for notifying the poviat labor office about the commencement of work by a&nbsp;foreigner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>IMPORTANT!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>From November 1st, 2021, in order to facilitate the processing of declarations on entrusting work to a&nbsp;foreigner and shorten the waiting time for declarations entered in the records, the Labor Office accepts only applications submitted electronically via the praca.gov.pl portal. Electronic declarations should have a&nbsp;qualified electronic signature or a&nbsp;signature confirmed by the e-PUAP trusted profile.
