MFA helpline for people from Ukraine crossing the Polish border

In response to a large number of people from Ukraine crossing the border with Poland, due to the military aggression of Russia, a special helpline was established for Ukrainian citizens.

According to the announcement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, information on assistance for Ukrainian citizens after crossing the Polish border is available at the telephone number of the Office for Foreigners: +48 47 721 75 75.

There is also a special helpline for Polish citizens and holders of the Pole’s Card who reside in Ukraine: +48 22 523 88 80.
