Process
Progress Holding will suspend your company or liquidate the company.
A company registered in the National Court Register may suspend its operations for any reason and at any time.
The company is suspended by submitting an application for suspension to the National Court Register. The application is signed by the entire Management Board of the company. The Registry Court does not charge any fees for the application for suspension.
Suspension of a company means a break in business activity.
The most important benefit of the suspension is the exemption of the company from the payment of income tax advances. Company suspensions may range from 1 to 24 months.
