A simple joint-stock company from March 1st

We would like to remind you that on 01/03/2020 a new variant of the company came into use, called a simple joint-stock company (the legal form of an enterprise, which is a simpler version of a joint-stock company, regulated by the Act of 15th September 2000 – Commercial Companies Code. Dedicated to the founders of start- ups and new companies). A simple joint-stock company is assumed to be a platform for investing in innovative and new technology-related activities. This is to be a good solution for start-ups that need adequate flexibility and openness to new, electronic forms of communication. It was decided here for investors to freely shape their rights.
