We would like to inform you that the entry into use of a simple company form has been finally postponed until next year, i.e. March 2021. This state of affairs is a consequence of postponing the introduction of electronic registration proceedings.

A simple joint-stock company is assumed to be a platform for investing in innovative and new technology-related activities. This is to be a good solution for start-ups that need adequate flexibility and openness to new, electronic forms of communication. It was decided here for investors to freely shape their rights.
