Discrepancies in case law on franchisees

There were discrepancies in the case-law on franchisees. The reason is the cases considered by common courts concern both indexed and denominated contracts, which differ from each other in their legal structure and the scope of possible claims.
It will take a long time before the jurisprudence line becomes uniform, but the judgments that appear show that they are mostly beneficial for borrowers.
