End of works on Simple Join-stock Company

On Friday, the Polish parliament completed the work on the act to introduce Prosta Spółka Akcyjna (Simple Join-stock Company, PSA), which will be a significant strengthening for the development of startups in Poland. It will also increase their competitiveness. The act now requires the signature of the president. For the Polish startup industry, PSA can be a clear element of building Poland’s competitive advantage on the European market as a country friendly to startups, both local and foreign.
