How to Obtain a Residence Permit for a Board Member of a Company in Poland
A residence permit in Poland (temporary or permanent) is a legal document allowing non-EU citizens to stay and conduct business or work activities in Poland. Temporary residence permits (Karta Pobytu) are issued for 3 to 36 months, while permanent ones (Karta Stałego Pobytu) are granted indefinitely. Residence permits enable you to freely travel within the Schengen zone, access medical care, study, and manage properties in Poland.
