Work of ZUS and other offices in March

Due to the situation related to the coronovirus pandemic, in the period from 16 to 27 March 2020 ZUS branches will continue to operate undisturbed, especially customer service at the Call Center. A nationwide telephone line is available at 22 560 16 00. It is available on business days from 7-18.

The Office also encourages the creation of profiles on the ZUS Electronic Platform (PUE) portal and the use of electronic services. An account on the PUE ZUS portal can be created without leaving home – via the Internet – using a trusted profile (ePUAP / login.gov) or electronic banking.

Tax offices and commune offices work between 8.00 – 15.00 / 18.00, 7.00-17.00. Telephone lines and e-mail responses are open. In most offices, the number of potential clients is very limited or they are closed to them, despite the duration of their work – this should be remembered. Therefore, all formalities are required via the internet or by phone.
