Progress Holding Sp z o o (PH), based on its many years of experience in cooperation with companies from the CIS countries, plans to build an IT platform that stimulates the export activities of SMEs. The participants of this platform will be SMEs from Poland and CIS countries, especially Ukraine.
In order to finance the construction of the platform, PH is applying for funding from the POIR program – 2.3 Pro-innovative services for enterprises / 2.3.2 Innovation vouchers for SMEs, Intelligent Development.
The order will be awarded in accordance with:
art. 35 of the Public Finance Act, in the tender procedure referred to in art. 70 (1) – 70 (5) of the Civil Code, and guidelines for PO IR 2.3.2 Innovation vouchers for SMEs, Intelligent Development. The service provider may be scientific units within the meaning of art. 2 para. 9 of the Act of April 30, 2010 on the principles of financing science (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 1620, as amended).
