E-KRS from March 1st
As of March 1st, 2020, the National Court Register (KRS) will be a fully electronic system. Applications to the National Court Register can only be submitted online, it will no longer be possible otherwise. Paper documents that are the basis of the entry will need to be scanned and attached to the application in electronic form. These attachments will have to be confirmed by a notary or designated representative acting in the case, or sent in originals to the court within 3 days of submitting the application. It is worth mentioning that on this occasion the scope of the company’s documents so far available on the Internet will expand. These are contracts and company statutes as well as documents regarding the appointment or dismissal of members of the organs.
