Register of Real Beneficiaries

On October 13th last year, the provisions of the new act on counteracting money laundering and financing of terrorism entered into force, which impose on companies the obligation to electronically report their real beneficiaries, i.e. persons exercising actual control over operations. Companies that were already listed in the National Court Register before October 13th, 2019 are required to notify their actual beneficiaries to the register by April 13, 2020.
