Resumption of issuing visas by the Consular Offices in Ukraine

On May 4, 2020, registration for the submission of visa applications in the e-consulate system has started, for people who have documents to work in agriculture, horticulture and in international transport. Registrants in other sectors will not be included.

After registration, the following rules must be observed in order to submit a visa application:
• you must arrive at the office in accordance with the set time (persons limit)
• print all pages of the application, including the page showing the date and time of the consulate visit
• you must prepare all necessary documents (listed at the following link: https://www.gov.pl/web/ukraina/wiza-typu-d)
• while waiting for the entrance to the consulate, keep a distance of at least 1.5 m between other people
• wear a protective mask that covers the nose and mouth, and protective gloves
• when entering the office, you can only carry a full set of documents, other items should be left before entering
