Electronic invoicing of orders

We would like to remind you that in Poland, on August 1, 2019, the obligation to electronically invoice all public orders came into force. The obligation applies to proceedings initiated from the date of entry into force of the Act (18.04.2019) and to contracts concluded as a result of such proceedings.
