With effect from 1.07.2024, the amount of the minimum wage has been increased for the second time this year. The minimum wage increases from 4242 to 4300 PLN, and the minimum hourly rate for certain contracts increases from 27.70 to 28.10 PLN.
At the moment, this is as follows in relation to the previous amounts in force since January. The minimum wage in 2024 is:
- from 1.1.2024 – 4242 PLN
- from 1.7.2024 – 4300 PLN
The minimum hourly rate for work in 2024 is:
- from 1.1.2024 – 27.70 PLN
- from 1.7.2024 – 28.10 PLN
Any employment contracts signed for the previously applicable minimum amount must be increased and appropriate annexes added to the contracts.
